Job Description

This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist with a focus on early childhood and special education programs addressing mental health needs. The position is based in a school setting near Rosemount, MN, with a flexible contract offering 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students within early childhood and special education programs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and mental health professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary strategies for student success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with early childhood and special education populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently while prioritizing student outcomes.
