Job Description

Step into a rewarding role providing essential support to students as a Speech Language Pathologist for a contract opportunity running through June 2026. Based near Eden Prairie, MN, this position offers full-time hours37.5 per weekand focuses on delivering leave coverage for the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) SLP for the rest of the academic year, with the potential for summer evaluations.

Your expertise will help young learners develop crucial communication skills in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment. Youll work onsite, partnering with educators and families to assess needs and implement tailored speech-language interventions.

What were seeking:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
SLP-CCC credentials preferred
Previous school-based SLP experience
Comfort working in early childhood education and familiarity with IEP processes
Excellent collaboration, communication, and record-keeping skills
Commitment to providing ethical, student-centered services

Your responsibilities include:
Delivering direct speech-language therapy to early childhood students onsite
Conducting evaluations and re-evaluations, including some possible summer assessments
Developing and managing IEPs in collaboration with educators and caregivers
Documenting progress and maintaining timely records
Consulting with colleagues and families to foster supportive learning environments
Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions
