Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential leave coverage for the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program in a school setting near Burnsville, MN. This contract position offers a meaningful chance to support young learners in Eden Prairie, MN, beginning immediately and extending through June 4, 2026, with potential for some summer evaluation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students within the ECSE program.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
  • Experience working in school environments, particularly with young children in Early Childhood Special Education.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, engaging directly with students and staff.
