Step into a rewarding contract role as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students near Eden Prairie, MN. This full-time, on-site assignment addresses multiple leave coverages and will extend now through June 11, 2026. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across several school sites, ensuring students receive essential speech therapy services that foster communication success and academic growth.
What were looking for:
- Active Minnesota SLP license (required for consideration)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing school-based SLP services, including creation of IEPs and progress tracking
- Strong adaptability to travel between sites as an itinerant SLP
- Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech/language disorders for students across multiple campuses
- Support and manage a dynamic, evolving caseload with flexibility and compassion
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student support teams, providing expertise for educational planning
- Document and communicate student progress and service delivery in accordance with district guidelines
- Partner with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy objectives into daily learning routines
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal record-keeping and licensure requirements
