Job Description

A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide multiple leave coverages for a K-12 school district located in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is itinerant and on-site only, with an anticipated start date as soon as possible through June 11, 2026. The role offers a 37.5-hour workweek supporting students across grade levels with speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services to students with diverse communication needs
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
  • Cover multiple leave assignments throughout the school year to ensure continuity of services

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing caseloads and schedules
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
