Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP credential is required
- Successful experience working as an SLP CCC, particularly within the pediatric and school environment
- Proven ability to manage a preK caseload and develop engaging, age-appropriate interventions
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators, consultants, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy to preK students, providing both individual and group sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting interventions as appropriate
- Facilitate IEP meetings and contribute specialist input to enhance educational plans
