Job Description

A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, located on-site in Easton, PA. This contract position involves supporting early childhood students across various counties, including Bethlehem, Easton, Stroudsburg, Pike, Monroe, and Hampton in Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates will have expertise working with early childhood populations and possess relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to early childhood caseloads
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support strategies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric clients, specifically in school settings with early childhood populations
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language development and disorders common in young children
