Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Recent experience providing therapy and assessments in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs and learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as indicated on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and prepare accurate reports
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other education professionals
• Maintain detailed documentation and keep therapy records compliant with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and family communications to support student goals
• Utilize effective interventions and evidence-based practices to foster student progress
