Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Prior experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote optimal learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and therapies
• Provide support and strategies to educators and families for student success
