Job Description
A Massachusetts-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload addressing a variety of speech and language needs. Candidates may choose from full-time or part-time schedules to best fit their availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech-language evaluations and therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with students educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt to student needs
