What youll need to succeed:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Previous experience or a strong interest in school-based SLP practice

- Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse K-12 caseloads
Your key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to meet the needs of students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Keep thorough and timely records to document progress and services provided
- Offer education and resources to staff and parents to support students communication development
