This full-time, contract position is focused on providing essential support to early childhood students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their fullest potential. In this position, you will have the chance to provide services throughout the Bethlehem, Easton, Stroudsburg, Pike County, Monroe County, and Hampton County areas, collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care tailored to students unique needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with early childhood or pediatric caseloads preferred
• Understanding of the school setting and IEP process
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for early childhood students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow school professionals
• Maintain consistent, accurate documentation of progress and services
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic student growth
• Offer training or guidance to school staff and families as needed
