Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
• Previous experience working with elementary-age children preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for engaging with diverse student needs
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, speech/language assessments, and therapeutic interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language and communication assessments for students in grades K-5
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the IEP process
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and participation
