Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted SLP license in Michigan required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) necessary
  • School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with elementary caseload (grades K-4)
  • SLP-CFs are not eligible for this opportunity

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-4th graders
  • Develop effective, individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with guidelines and timelines
  • Engage actively as a member of the multidisciplinary team and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs within a positive school environment
