Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with students across K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Adept at individualized assessment, planning, and intervention for speech and language needs
- Collaborative, flexible approach to working with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a varied caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy tailored to each students specific needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to advance each childs educational outcomes
- Document all services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and ongoing professional development
