Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with students across K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Adept at individualized assessment, planning, and intervention for speech and language needs
• Collaborative, flexible approach to working with educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a varied caseload of students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy tailored to each students specific needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to advance each childs educational outcomes
• Document all services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and ongoing professional development
