Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students or pediatric populations
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, addressing speech and language challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and thorough student records, documenting progress and evaluations
  • Educate and support school staff and families about best practices for communication disorders
