Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license for South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and maintaining clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments for students referred by teachers or parents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Consult with teachers and families to support classroom success and generalization of skills
