Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin SLP license
• DPI Certification required
• Skilled in pediatric speech therapy, including SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY
• Experience in educational/healthcare settings focused on school-based speech services
• Proficient in providing services in person; teletherapy experience is a bonus
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaboration with school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-5 students during 7-hour workdays (including a half-hour unpaid lunch)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress notes, and required reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
