Job Description

Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students in Southern Oregon! This full-time, in-person position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the academic journeys of children and adolescents. The assignment runs through June 4, 2026, offering consistent hours each weekday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Oregon SLP licensure required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Proven experience in a school-based setting working with students K-12
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within a school environment
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery (remote/virtual options are not available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to promote student success
  • Maintain detailed progress records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support school initiatives and contribute to a productive, inclusive learning environment
