• Previous experience providing therapy in school environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough records

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students academic and social participation
• Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the educational community
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and compliance with school and state guidelines
