Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly desirable, CFY considered
- Previous experience within a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with students, teachers, and families
- Effective organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans supporting IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based intervention services to students individually or in small groups
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to maximize student achievement
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support overall educational outcomes
