Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students with speech and language needs in a vibrant academic setting near Duncanville, TX. This opportunity invites Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC), both monolingual and bilingual, to play a key role in student growth and success throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Texas SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
  • Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary and middle school populations
  • Strong skills in conducting evaluations, managing caseloads, and collaborative case management
  • Ability to provide effective, culturally-responsive services to both monolingual and bilingual students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech and language evaluations for assigned students
  • Oversee and manage a caseload that includes two monolingual and two bilingual students
  • Complete case management duties, including paperwork, meetings, and progress tracking
  • Deliver direct therapy for students as needed in addition to primary evaluation and case management responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development and goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school requirements
