What You'll Need:

• Active Virginia SLP license
• Experience in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Willingness to complete district credentialing (TB test and background check on-site)
• Commitment to supporting elementary-aged students in their speech and language growth

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary students with varied speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster academic and social success
• Assess, track, and document student progress with clarity and care
• Offer guidance, support, and resources to staff and families
• Maintain compliance with state and district reporting and documentation guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required by district and licensure standards
