This opportunity welcomes Clinical Fellows alongside seasoned SLPs, and provides valuable experience alongside a collaborative educational team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) and experienced SLPs
- Background working with school-aged children preferred
- Understanding of IEP process and team collaboration
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain clear documentation and progress notes
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Foster a positive and supportive therapy environment for students
