Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) and experienced SLPs
• Background working with school-aged children preferred
• Understanding of IEP process and team collaboration
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Maintain clear documentation and progress notes
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Foster a positive and supportive therapy environment for students
