Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Dublin, OH. This role covers the remainder of the current school year through the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with special needs in grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document students speech and language progress
- Maintain compliance with school and state policies regarding therapy services
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification for SLP services in schools
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly students with special needs in educational settings
- Knowledge of school-related speech-language intervention and assessments
Position Details:
- Contract role within a school environment
- Part-time schedule: 32 hours per week across 5 days
- Focus on delivering speech-language pathology services for children in kindergarten through 12th grade
