Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Pennsylvania required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience supporting K-5 students in a school-based setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and therapy strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively across two locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-5 students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adapt services to meet each schools specific needs
