Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Pennsylvania required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience supporting K-5 students in a school-based setting
  • Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and therapy strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively across two locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-5 students in accordance with their IEP goals
  • Conduct screenings, comprehensive assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Adapt services to meet each schools specific needs
