Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students communication development in a well-established and collaborative educational setting near Dover, PA. We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to serve in person throughout the academic year, making a meaningful difference for K-12 and Early Intervention students.

Available assignments include:

  • Two providers (Role A): North Eastern School District, working 8:00 am3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (35 hours weekly) from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Youll serve a dynamic caseload of 50-55 students across two elementary schools, including both regular education and autistic support programs, with some case management responsibilities.
  • One provider (Role B): Early Intervention, year-round, 8:00 am3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (35 hours weekly) in New Oxford/Gettysburg, supporting children ages 3-5 with special education needs. This role offers regular paperwork time and breaks aligned with the school calendar.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certificate and Teaching Certification (both required with application)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
  • Open to Clinical Fellows if your agency will provide supervision fee coverage (SLPAs are not eligible)
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop IEPs and provide direct services in alignment with students needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain required documentation and participate in meetings
