Job Description

Step into a dynamic educational setting and make a true impact as an onsite speech-language pathologist supporting early intervention and K-12 students. Four vital roles are available, all providing in-person services within area schools. These positions offer a mix of experiences working with regular education, special education, and autistic support studentseach setting allows dedicated time for evaluation, intervention, and collaborative case management.

Available opportunities include:

  • Two therapists to serve caseloads of 50-55 students across Conewango Elementary and Mt Wolf Elementary in the North Eastern School District, MondayFriday, 8:00 am3:30 pm, from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027.
  • One year-round Early Intervention provider (ages 35, special education needs) based in New Oxford/Gettysburg, MondayFriday, 8:00 am3:30 pm; includes built-in paperwork time and frequent school breaks.
  • One SLP or SLPA for a 35-hour week elementary placement in the North Eastern School District (school location within York County to be determined); full academic year schedule.

What you bring:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate and Teaching Certificate (must be attached with your application)
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered if supervision requirements are met
  • School-based or pediatric SLP experience highly valued
  • Strong organization and teamwork skills
  • Comfort working across multiple sites and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff

  • Provide direct speech/language services per IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and manage ongoing documentation
  • Engage with educators and parents to foster student growth
  • Coordinate and participate in team meetings and case management activities
