Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist certification (PA SLP Cert)
• Valid teaching certification required for school-based practice
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy strongly preferred
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing individualized and group therapy
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability working across multiple grade levels (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy onsite to students in grades K-12
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to regular progress reports and IEP meetings
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
