Job Description

A full-time, on-site position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wyoming, DE, supporting school-based therapy services for the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to work within a school setting, delivering essential speech therapy, conducting evaluations, and collaborating on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and write detailed IEPs aligned with student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and coordinate with educators and families
  • Collect and report progress monitoring data
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with reporting standards

Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required
  • Experienced in school-based speech therapy, evaluations, and IEP development
  • Proficient in data management systems such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week)
