In this role, you will support students in developing essential communication skills, collaborate closely with educators and families, and contribute to a positive school environment dedicated to student growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Massachusetts SLP license
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-8 students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for a range of speech and language disorders
- Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student academic and social success
- Attend meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
