Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Massachusetts SLP License required
• Experience in K-8 educational settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse school environment
• New graduates with clinical practicum in schools are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-8 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
• Deliver direct therapy services, both group and one-on-one, per student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy
