Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Massachusetts SLP License required
- Experience in K-8 educational settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse school environment
- New graduates with clinical practicum in schools are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-8 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Deliver direct therapy services, both group and one-on-one, per student needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
