Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity to support students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting. Work onsite, providing services to a manageable caseload of 15-20 students each week. Qualifications:

  • Valid Idaho SLP License is required
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Experience working in schools or with school-aged children is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Strong commitment to student success and communication goals

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students on your caseload, adjusting interventions to individual needs and IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough records of student progress
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations for service planning
  • Keep open communication with caregivers and educational staff to guide students progress and answer questions
