Make a meaningful impact on young learners communication skills as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the current school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work a consistent 35-hour workweek with a dynamic primary school population, ranging from 3-year-olds through 5th graders. Youll collaborate with a supportive multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services, all while collecting data that will directly inform IEP development.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Louisiana SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or comfort working with preschool and elementary students with a variety of exceptionalities
• Strong skills in therapy implementation, data collection, evaluation, and IEP development
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students in pre-K through 5th grade with diverse needs
• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Collect, organize, and interpret data to inform IEPs and guide student goals
• Develop clear, actionable IEPs using your clinical insights
• Work effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
