Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current ND SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates with CFY considered
  • Experience practicing in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students of varying ages
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services, both individual and group
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
