Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan SLP license with CCCs required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with both onsite and remote (virtual) service delivery options
  • Exceptional interpersonal and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload well below Michigans state maximum (expect fewer than 60 students)
  • Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations and develop individualized IEPs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth
  • Maintain compliant records and participate in IEP meetings
