Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Michigan.
- Experience serving K-12 student populations in a school environment is highly valued.

- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
- Attend IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary student plans, and provide staff training when appropriate.
