Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist license
• Professional experience in a school setting
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student population
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Track progress, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide regular updates to education teams and families
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute as a valued team member
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of students in a school environment
