This full-time, onsite position is for the 2026/2027 school year and offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a supportive educational environment near Detroit, MI. Whether you hold your CCC or are completing your CFY, your passion and clinical skills will be valued as you provide essential speech and language services across a diverse caseload.
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist license
- Professional experience in a school setting
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student population
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track progress, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide regular updates to education teams and families
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute as a valued team member
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of students in a school environment
