What Youll Bring:

• Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist license
• Certification of Clinical Competencies (CCC) preferred
• Background working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Experience with teletherapy and/or clinical fellowship year (CFY) strongly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and engagement

What Youll Do:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to middle school students across diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students academic and social development
• Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Adapt therapy methods to meet each students unique goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning sessions
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support carryover of skills
