Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located near Auburn Hills, MI, serving students throughout the academic school year (CSY) on a contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in speech and language therapy within a dynamic and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches to student success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design effective interventions and adapt therapy methods as needed.
