Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active FL DOH Provisional SLP License.
• Prior experience in school settings highly preferred, with an understanding of IEPs and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of evidence-based assessment techniques and intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication needs.
• Commitment to meeting state credentialing requirements, including fingerprint clearance and JLA badge application.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and team communications.
• Enthusiastic about working with elementary and preschool students in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services based on students' IEPs.
• Complete thorough assessments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to eligibility recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to foster student growth and goal attainment.
• Participate in IEP meetings and articulate progress.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
