Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist in an engaging school setting located in the beautiful region north of Destin, FL. This full-time position will have you working up to 37.5 hours per week during the 2026-2027 academic year, with placements at either a single school or across two campuses, supporting students from Pre-K through age 22. Whether stationed at Southside School, Shoal River Middle School, Silver Sands School/Richbourg School, or Northwood Elementary, you'll partner with educators and families to make a meaningful difference in students' communication skills.

What makes you a great fit:

• Active Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License is required
• School-based experience is highly desired
• Flexibility for either single-site assignment or itinerant travel between two campuses
• Comfortable working with a diverse caseload, with specifics discussed during the interview
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing steps in a timely manner (previous prints may qualify if available through AHCA Clearinghouse)
• Commitment to on-site work onlythis role is not eligible for virtual or remote service

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for eligible students
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families to develop IEPs and intervention strategies
• Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
• Engaging in school-based initiatives and professional development as needed
