Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Speech Language Pathologist license
• Experience or familiarity with the K-12 population
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with school staff, parents, and students
• Confidence in managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers and other special education staff to develop effective treatment plans
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services, progress, and IEP goals
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress and recommendations
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Adapt interventions based on individual needs and student progress

This position is for a 3-day workweek, totaling 22.5 hours, giving you a balanced schedule to support your professional and personal goals.
