Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Illinois
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy within school settings
  • Proficient in both on-site and teletherapy service delivery
  • Knowledge of evaluation, assessment, and IEP documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement IEPs and 504 plans
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Communicate ongoing student progress with teachers, families, and staff
  • Consult with classroom educators to support carryover and generalization of therapy goals

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
