Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Speech Language Pathologist license for the state of Illinois
• Possess a Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement
• SLP-CCC credentials required
• Experience providing speech and language services to pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and assessment to a varied caseload of students from early childhood to middle school age
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support the educational progress of each student
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation per district and legal guidelines
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support
