This role supports students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in a vibrant community situated near Derry, NH. Ideal candidates possess:

• A current and valid New Hampshire SLP license
• Previous school-based experience (preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse student populations and age groups
• Knowledge of IEP development, student progress monitoring, and compliance with IDEA guidelines

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized therapy plans
• Delivering direct and consultative speech-language services in group and one-on-one settings
• Participating actively in IEP meetings and collaborating on multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Supporting families and educators with resources and strategies for student success
• Engaging in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
