Serving a high school caseload, youll collaborate with educators and families to help students overcome speech and communication challenges, ensuring academic and social success.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders is required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Eligible for or possession of state SLP licensure.
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to high school students.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education for school-based SLPs.
