Make a positive impact supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) working onsite just outside Derry, NH. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping children thrive in their communication and language development. Work collaboratively within a school-based team while maintaining a manageable 12-hour/week schedule.
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and current New Hampshire SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Skilled in assessment, IEP development, and implementing therapy plans
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to their individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document student progress
- Develop, implement, and regularly update therapeutic goals
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Attend team and IEP meetings as needed onsite
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
