A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Derry, NH. This contract role is designed for professionals with a passion for supporting students' communication development in a dynamic educational environment. The assignment runs from January 26, 2026, through June 19, 2026, with work hours from 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM, five days a week. The schedule includes bi-monthly faculty and department meetings on Wednesdays.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience and comfort with school-based speech therapy services
- Ability to work onsite in a school environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with faculty and parents
- Attend scheduled meetings, contributing to collaborative team efforts within the school
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of the student population
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
