Job Title: School Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Denver CO area
Job Type: Contract, Full Time
Sunbelt Staffing, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services in a charter school. This is a contract position, offering a great opportunity to work with a supportive team of professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Job Details:
- Full time (will also consider part time applicants)
- Upcoming school year
Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Colorado Department of Education license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
