Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active CDE credential required prior to your start date
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential for this position
- Experience within school settings is preferred
- Openness to working with Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Comfortable traveling between sites as part of a mobile service team
- Onsite availability only (no remote work permitted)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for diverse student populations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet unique student needs and language backgrounds
- Support and mentor Clinical Fellows as appropriate
- Partner closely with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
