Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-8 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This position, based onsite near Denver, CO, runs from now through the end of the school year for 32 hours each week. As part of a dedicated educational team, you'll make a genuine difference in the lives of children with varied communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience serving school-aged children, with preference for those experienced with at-risk or special education students
  • Skills in collaborating across healthcare and educational disciplines (CCC, CFY welcome)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Special Education Teachers to coordinate schedules, testing, and IEP meeting planning
  • Share updated speech and language caseload lists for accurate recordkeeping and compliance
  • Deliver targeted speech and language instruction through individualized or group settingsresource, inclusion, or pullout servicesto address each students IEP goals
  • Maintain open communication and teamwork with staff and families to champion student progress
