Job Description

Providing Speech-Language Pathology services for K-12 students in the Denver area, this contract opportunity is ideal for licensed professionals seeking hands-on, full-time work in an on-site school setting. The position runs from early January through mid-May with a competitive schedule Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload ranging approximately from 25 to 45 students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including 4 designated days in the second semester.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district requirements.
  • Work on-site within assigned schools in the Denver metropolitan area.

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Licensure.
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (DOE) Certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a fluctuating caseload effectively.
  • Commitment to on-site service delivery; this role does not support virtual or hybrid arrangements.

Location:

  • Denver, Colorado (on-site assignments at various schools to be determined by district needs).
