Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP (Individualized Education Plan) goals
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
