Make an immediate impact in the classroom by supporting students communication needs across a variety of school settings near Deltona, FL. Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for contract roles for the upcoming school year. Opportunities are available in elementary, middle, and high schools, with both full-time and part-time options. Your expertise will help shape students communication abilities, enhance their academic success, and support positive classroom experiences.

Current openings span several schools and include both long-term and maternity leave coverage needs. New graduates (CFs) are encouraged to applysupervision is provided. Please note, these roles are available in-person only; applications from SLPAs or virtual providers cannot be considered at this time.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or CF with supervision).
• Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred, but not required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage caseload documentation, IEPs, and student progress effectively.
• Passion for working with children and making a difference in their educational journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and administrators.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student progress.
• Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group formats.

Role Details:

• Start Date: August 4th, 2026; End Date: May 28th, 2027.
• 37.5 hours per week; both full-time and part-time roles available.
